    FOUNDER

    With a vision for building something meaningful, Afzal is an experienced CA(SA) bringing a blend of big-picture thinking and 16+ years of hands-on experience from his role as the senior director leading PwC’s finance and accounting advisory services across the Middle East.

    Leads a team of highly experienced professionals focused on execution of large-scale finance and accounting transformation projects and leading clients through complex transactions and significant change programs such as listings, carve outs and divestments, restructurings and corportisation programs across governmental, semi-governmental, and private sectors.

    SENIOR EXECUTIVE ADVISOR

    Gavin is an experienced CA who was the senior partner in charge of PwC’s Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services across the Middle East region and brings over 28+ years of supporting businesses through major transformational change, assessing strategies and driving implementation, focussed primarily on financial reporting, risk management, compliance and governance, driving change at board level as they seek to identify potential options and change strategies.

    Gavin’s clients have included multinationals, listed entities, private equity, financial institutions and family businesses as they assess acquisition opportunities, potential divestments, structural change, IPOs and mergers.

    Having held senior leadership roles across the UAE, KSA and UK, he has partnered with Boards, CEOs, private equity firms and family offices to drive growth, restructure finance functions and deliver complex transformation programmes across aviation, infrastructure, technology, transport, retail and heavy industry.

    Recognised for combining strategic insight with hands-on execution, Lee brings deep expertise in governance, ERP implementation, stakeholder management, capital structuring and building high-performing finance teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

    FINANCE STRATEGY

    Jordan has 15+ years of international experience in financial leadership, strategic planning and digital transformation in port and logistics sectors.

    Jordan has a deep expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, managing high-value capital programs, board management, in advising public and private sector clients in port, logistics and transportation sectors around 3PL operations, regulatory landscape of port operations in KSA and reporting & governance requirements.

    Jordan recently successfully led the end-to-end privatization of Duba Port in Saudi Arabia for NEOM.
